Deep Sea Fishing is a second chat-driven game alongside Submariner — same broadcaster, same Sawpoints, but its own session and its own Aquarium. The two never run at the same time.

How It Works

Once the broadcaster starts a session, type !fish cast to cast a line. Common fish are caught instantly. Uncommon, rare, and legendary fish put up a fight — you'll need to type !fish reel within a few seconds to land it, or it gets away.

Every session, every player starts with a fresh pool of free Action Points (10 by default — admin-tunable) — your first several casts are free. Once that pool runs out, further casts spend real Sawpoints instead at the same rate. Subscribers cast cheaper than non-subscribers.

Action Points are use-it-or-lose-it — they don't carry over between games. Whatever AP you haven't spent by the time a session ends is gone, and every new session starts everyone back at the same fresh pool.

Every successful catch pays out Action Points, and rarely real Sawpoints or a treasure chest bonus. Separately, every catch also has a small chance to be kept alive instead — added straight to your own Deep Sea Aquarium, where you can feed and level it up to make it more valuable, name it, and customize your tank.

`!fish rank`	Check your current Angler rank and progress to the next one.
`!fish me`	Your lifetime stats, Angler rank, Rewards Card tier, AP balance, and Sawpoints/Bonus Sawpoints balance.
`!fish status`	Lifetime casts/catches plus this game's casts, catches, AP, and Sawpoints earned so far. Rate-limited (500s per person, 500s shared) since it's a heavier check.
`!fish store`	Links to the Store — poles, reels, tacklebox, bait, food, and cosmetics.
`!fish buy <code>`	Buy a store item by its code (shown on the Store page).

🎣 Gear, Bait & Food — equip a pole and reel from the Store to boost your catch odds and reel-in window (poles wear out after enough casts). Bait is a one-time-use boost per cast, and Food levels up your Aquarium fish — both share one inventory capacity limit along with your equipped pole/reel, shown on the Store page. A Tacklebox (or the bigger Mega Tacklebox) expands that capacity — you can own one of each, not unlimited copies of either. Running low on space? Sell any of these back for 75% of what you paid. Cosmetics don't use inventory space at all and can be bought with Bonus Sawpoints since they don't affect gameplay; everything else is Sawpoints-only.
