Separately from the bot's own conversations above, the RobertaKeys bot reports activity from the AI Kills Discord server to our website (aikillsband.com). This data is stored in our website database, not just in the bot's conversation context.
This data is not sold or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties. It is kept for as long as it is needed to run these features and is not deleted automatically on a schedule. To ask for your Discord activity or review data to be removed, email info@aikillsband.com and include your Discord username.
RobertaKeys learns and is trained on the information she is provided, so that she can respond more personally to each member. This includes information you share with her about yourself, your artistry, your music, and your history, and information about artists gathered from Discord and this website. In this sense, giving RobertaKeys information about you or your music is essentially training her.
This is how she remembers members and personalizes her replies. Only information you choose to share with her, or that you submit to the AI Kills Discord community, is used this way. Please do not share anything with her that you would not want remembered.
Sensitive and personal information. We do not ask members for sensitive information and do not need it to use RobertaKeys, but we cannot stop you from sharing it. What you tell her is your choice. This includes health or medical information, your age or date of birth, your real name, address, phone number, email address, government or financial details, and any other personally identifiable information. If you choose to share it, you understand and agree that it may be stored in her long-term memory and used in her training, and may not be possible to fully remove afterward. We do not intentionally collect this information. If you believe you have shared something you should not have, email info@aikillsband.com as soon as possible and we will remove what we can.
RobertaKeys uses AI model providers (including MiniMax and OpenAI) to process messages. Your messages and her stored memory may be sent to them as context so she can respond, and information used to train RobertaKeys may be processed by them. Those providers handle data under their own privacy policies, including any rules on model training.
RobertaKeys's conversation memory and training information are retained long term and are not deleted automatically on a schedule. Conversation logs are retained as long as needed for operations, and may be kept longer for debugging purposes. To ask for your conversation memory to be removed, email info@aikillsband.com and include your Discord username. We can remove what is stored about you, but information that has already been used to train RobertaKeys may not be possible to fully remove.
RobertaKeys is for members 13 years of age or older, which is also Discord's minimum age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use RobertaKeys or share anything with her. If you believe a child under 13 has shared information with her, email info@aikillsband.com and we will remove it.
