AI Kills Band ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website aikillsband.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Account Information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a display name you choose. Authentication is handled by Supabase; your password is never stored by us directly.
Purchase Information. When you buy music, a VIP subscription, or individual tracks, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment card details. We receive a record of the transaction (item purchased, amount, date) but never see your full card number.
Sawpoints / Twitch Account. If you link your Twitch username on your profile page, we store that username to look up your Sawpoints balance earned through the AI Kills Twitch stream.
Contact & Mailing List. If you submit the contact form or sign up for the mailing list, we store your name, email address, and the message you send.
Discord Accounts, Activity, and Music Reviews. If you link Discord to your website profile, we store your Discord user ID, username, and display name to match activity to your account. For server posts reported to the website, we store the message text, Discord user ID and username, channel, message link, timestamp, and Sawpoints award status. Music-review submissions can include your Discord identity, song title, artist name, links, audio, lyrics, cover art, and generated reviews. Reviews may be public or restricted to the artist and our team according to their visibility setting. These records support account linking, activity rewards, and music reviews; they are kept as needed to operate those features and are not deleted automatically on a fixed schedule. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.
Usage Data. We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party analytics trackers or advertising networks.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in while you browse. This cookie expires when your session ends or after a period of inactivity. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Account and purchase records are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill legal and financial obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the address below.
