Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using aikillsband.com ("the Site"), operated by AI Kills Band ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@aikillsband.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not use a display name that impersonates another person, contains hate speech, or violates the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to change or remove any display name that violates these standards.
When you purchase a music release or individual track, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to stream and download that content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not:
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or in cases of duplicate charges resulting from a technical error — please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date.
A VIP subscription grants you access to all music releases, comics archives, and other VIP-only content while your subscription remains active. Access is revoked immediately upon cancellation or non-payment.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal on your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use of your subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Comic images and all written content on this Site are the intellectual property of AI Kills Band. You may view them for personal enjoyment only. Downloading, copying, or re-posting comic panels or full comics without written permission is prohibited.
Sawpoints are loyalty points earned by watching and participating in the AI Kills Twitch stream, managed by the AiKillsBandBot system. Sawpoints have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time without notice. Abuse of the Sawpoints system (e.g., botting, exploitation of bugs) may result in account termination.

All music, artwork, comics, logos, and other content on this Site are owned by or licensed to AI Kills Band and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or rights in that content beyond the limited licenses described herein.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Kills Band shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Seattle, Washington.
