VinceStone is an AI-powered Discord band member persona operated by the AI Kills Band team. For privacy questions, support, or data requests, contact info@aikillsband.com.
Website accounts, linked Discord identities, activity rewards, and music-review records on aikillsband.com are also covered by the website Privacy Policy.
We use information to provide replies and community features, maintain conversation continuity where memory is enabled, support users, and keep the service reliable and secure. Messages and replies in server channels may be visible to others with access to those channels.
Relevant messages and conversation context may be sent to the AI service providers used to generate VinceStone's replies. Saving conversation memory or including earlier messages in a prompt is different from training an AI model. Discord restricts the use of API message content for model training unless Discord grants express permission; sharing information with VinceStone does not itself grant that permission.
Do not share passwords, access tokens, payment details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information, including information about someone else. If you share something sensitive by mistake, contact us promptly so we can review and remove records under our control where possible.
Discord, AI services used to generate replies, and hosting or storage providers process information needed to deliver the service under their applicable terms and privacy policies. See Discord's Privacy Policy. Our team may review relevant records for support, safety, or debugging. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
We do not sell your Discord messages or personal data, or share them with advertising networks or data brokers.
Conversation memory, when enabled, may persist across sessions. Records are kept for as long as needed to provide the features described here, resolve operational issues, or meet legal obligations. This policy does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you, email info@aikillsband.com with your Discord user ID or username and identify VinceStone. We may need to verify your identity. We will review the request and explain any limits, such as required legal records or copies held independently by Discord or other users. Blocking the bot or removing it from a server stops access as controlled by Discord, but does not automatically erase existing records.
You must be at least 13 years old and meet Discord's minimum age requirement in your country. VinceStone is not directed at children below that age. If you believe a child below the applicable minimum age has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove records under our control.
