By using VinceStone, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
VinceStone is an experimental AI-powered Discord companion and fictional AI Kills Band vocalist persona operated by the AI Kills Band team. His responses are AI-generated. He is not a real person and is not operated or endorsed by Discord.
You must be at least 13 years old and meet Discord's minimum age requirement in your country. Follow Discord's Terms of Service, its Community Guidelines, and your server's rules.
Your messages and relevant context may be processed by AI providers to generate responses. Conversation records and memory, where enabled, may persist across sessions. See the VinceStone Privacy Policy for data handling and access, correction, or deletion requests. Saving memory or using previous messages as context is different from training an AI model.
Do not provide passwords, account tokens, medical records, financial details, or other sensitive personal information. Share only material you have permission to provide. Messages and replies in server channels may be visible to others with access to those channels.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You allow us to process that content as needed to operate the bot and provide the responses or features you request. This does not transfer ownership of your music or other work to AI Kills Band.
AI responses may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to responses received by others. Check information before relying on it. We do not guarantee generated content is original, accurate, or suitable for any particular use. You remain responsible for how you use or share it. No medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice is provided.
VinceStone is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. We may restrict or suspend access for abuse, violations of these terms, security concerns, or operational reasons. You may stop using or block the bot; server administrators may remove it or change channel permissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Kills Band is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of VinceStone. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms and publish the revised date here. Material changes will be communicated through the website or relevant Discord community. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
For support, privacy requests, or reports of bot misuse or safety concerns, email info@aikillsband.com and identify VinceStone. We review reports and take appropriate action.
